As Easter approaches, Maldon Chocolates is thrilled to unveil its 2025 collection of handmade luxury chocolate Easter eggs, crafted with love and care in Snettisham in the heart of west Norfolk. This year’s collection promises to delight chocolate lovers of all ages, offering an indulgent blend of artistry, heritage, and exceptional taste.

Every Easter egg in the collection is a masterpiece, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern creativity. Lovingly handmade by the skilled chocolatiers at Maldon Chocolates, each egg features intricate designs and textures that make them almost too beautiful to eat.
“As ever, we aim to create Easter eggs that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. We usually take our ideas from whatever inspires at the time and the designs can be based on moods or ideas that we’ve had as we head into Spring. We think they’re a bit like modern art – each one is a celebration and is truly unique!” says Mike Simons, founder of Maldon Chocolates.
Luxury in Every Bite
Crafted with the finest ingredients and with a seasonal ‘treat’ inside every one, our Easter eggs are designed to satisfy every palate. Highlights of the 2025 collection include:
- Maldon Medium Egg (Milk or Dark chocolate) – containing a bag of handmade milk/dark chocolate bunnies and carrots
- Maldon Large Egg (Milk or Dark chocolate) – containing 100g of hazelnut praline filled crisp shelled “Quail” eggs AND a bag of milk/dark chocolate bunnies and carrots
- Maldon Giant Egg (Milk or Dark chocolate) – containing three hazelnut praline filled animals on a milk chocolate base; 100g of hazelnut praline filled crisp shelled “Quail” eggs; a bag of Raspberry Tintoretto filled chocolate micro eggs AND a bag of milk/dark chocolate bunnies and carrots
- Maldon Mega Egg (Milk or Dark chocolate) – containing four layers of the finest milk/dark chocolate, guarded by five praline filled animals on a milk chocolate base, with a bag of selected milk and white chocolates from our collection; 100g of hazelnut praline filled crisp shelled “Quail” eggs AND a bag of milk/dark chocolate bunnies and carrots
Maldon Chocolates never make an empty egg! All year round, we have a range of milk and dark chocolate figurines – each one individual and unique. Mike’s chocolate ducks have been going down a storm, so we’ve added bunnies, chickens, frogs and even hippos! Our hollow figurines are made with the finest Belgian milk chocolate and decorated with cocoa butter and white chocolate – they’re the perfect playful treat for any occasion.
And Evie has used her decorating skills and artistic license to come up with some new and truly unique Easter egg designs for this year.
